Policies

Please review our studio policies before booking. These guidelines help protect appointment time, maintain a smooth experience, and ensure every client receives the best service possible.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service amount. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service amount and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Depending on remaining appointment time, the service may also need to be adjusted.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided. However, if there is a concern with your service, please contact us so we can review it properly.

Service Adjustment Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review the concern and provide appropriate adjustments.

Nail Repair Policy

If a nail enhancement breaks, lifts, or comes off within 10 days due to normal wear, we will repair it at no additional charge.
